Do I need to buy a ticket for the live stream?

Yes. The cost of a high quality live stream is considerable and adds to the regular costs of a live performance. Your contribution will help cover the costs, thereby making the concert including livestream possible! A ticket for one person costs € 7.50, if you are watching with two people you pay € 10.

Where can I watch the live stream?

If you ordered a ticket, you will receive a unique link one day before the livestream, which will allow you to watch the livestream. If you order on or after Saturday, you will receive the url directly via email.

Can I also watch the concert at a later time?

Yes, you can. The livestream will remain accessible with the link you will be sent.

Can I still buy a ticket for the live stream after May 15?

Yes, that is possible. You will then immediately receive the link in your email and you can watch the concert at any time.

What is the best way to listen to the live stream?

We recommend that you watch the stream on the largest screen possible (for example iPad, laptop, computer or TV) and advise you ensure good sound quality! For example, put on headphones, connect your iPad or computer to the sound system, or stream our broadcast to your TV. This way you will experience the online concert the best way possible.

I ordered a ticket, but I didn’t receive the link. What now?

If you ordered a ticket before Saturday, you will receive an email with the link to the live stream on Friday, May 14. This email will be sent to the address you provided when ordering the ticket. It is possible that this mail ended up in your junk mail box. Is the mail not there either? Please send an e-mail to info@classicalencounters.nl.

How can I let people know that I will be attending the online concert?

Let us know on facebook in the event if you are planning to come! There we will also provide the latest information and updates about the event if necessary. Here you can also invite friends to the event – of course we hope that as many people as possible will come and enjoy the online concert on May 15th!
